Visit the Codorniu cellars for a cork popping cava sensation, sparkling white cava and rose to tempt your tastebuds. Buy a case or two from the pioneers of sparklers.
The incredible cellar was designed by Josep Puig i Cadafalch, one of the leading representatives of the great Catalan modernist architectural school along with the genius Gaudi.

Tripadvisor named the 4* Parador Santa Catalina in Jaen one of the top ten castle stays in the world. I have to agree, as my nearest Parador and one of my favourite views and coffee haunts, under a 20 metre high vaulted ceiling, I may be baised. I might even see you there.

Who wouldn’t fancy knights in armour, two-inch thick doors and windows plus dining in medieval style. This hotel really does have one of the best Parador views in Spain. While some say the standards of the Paradors are slipping as the staff have jobs for life, you cannot fault the ambience and decor of this castle in the air, Jaen Parador.

The gorgeous 5* Hotel Alfonso XIII was commissioned by the Spanish king in 1928 to be the most luxurious hotel in Europe. Today eighty years later it still holds that magical allure, sense of quality and style and many of the original antiques and cristal chandeliers.

Located in the heart of the beautiful city of Seville the regional capital of Andalucia Hotel Alfonso offers a magical stay, dine on the patio under the stars or enjoy the live piano music and a tapas or two at the pool-side.
